What data is deleted
- Account credentials, name, email address, and profile settings
- Uploaded certifications, licenses, and training documents
- Personal shift preferences, calendar events, and notifications
- Chat logs and communications initiated within the app
What data is retained
To comply with German healthcare labor, audit, and regulatory requirements, certain logs of completed duties, timesheets, and institutional approvals may be retained for the minimum statutory period required by German and EU law.
How to Request Deletion
Delete Directly from the Mobile App
For the fastest processing, open the SkillBridge app, navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This immediately triggers the automated data removal workflow.
Request Deletion via Support Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team. Please include your registered email address and full name.
